Nipa Resort, Patong Beach - Sha Extra Plus, Patong

I had mixed feelings about my stay at the hotel. While the rooms were spacious and had a lovely pool view, the cleanliness left much to be desired, with dusty areas on arrival and unmarked bed sheets taking three changes to sort out. The staff were pleasant, notably the evening security guy, but the service overall could have been more organized, especially during check-in. On the dining front, breakfast choices were quite limited and didn't cater well to different tastes. Overall, I’m not sure I’d choose this hotel again due to these issues.

I had quite an ordinary experience at this hotel. While the pool area was a highlight, the overall quality of the rooms and dining options left much to be desired. It feels more like a motel than a resort, and I wouldn't say it's worth the money when considering the outdated facilities and inconsistent service.

I had a lovely experience at Nipa Phuket Resort. The hotel staff were amazing and incredibly accommodating, which really enhanced my stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but I found some aspects a bit basic for a four-star hotel. The location is fantastic, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and the beach. Although I enjoyed my time here, the Wi-Fi was quite poor, which was frustrating, especially when trying to plan activities. Overall, a great value for money hotel with friendly staff and a nice atmosphere.
